Velvet Sketch – Return & Refund Policy

At Velvet Sketch, all products are made to order through our print-on-demand process. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.

Please note: we do not offer any refunds under any circumstances.

However, we will gladly offer a replacement if:

• The item arrives damaged
• The item is defective
• You receive the wrong product

To request a replacement:

• Email us at velvet.sketch.designe@gmail.com
• Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
• Contact us within 7 days of delivery

If approved, we will send a replacement at no cost.
